From the age of 13, Scott began working in construction and soon found his passion for building.  After
graduating from California State University at Long Beach with his degree in Construction Engineering
Management, it was not long before he was managing large commercial construction projects.   

The lure of Tahoe's beauty brought Scott to Truckee in 1994 and he  soon found his niche in building dream

Who is Scott Gunter?
As a CPA and the owner of a global strategic sourcing consulting firm I understand the value
of finding a contractor that not only focuses on price but also possesses the knowledge and
ability to complete a project efficiently.  When we decided to go into an entirely new industry
and open our own local coffee shop in Truckee (Elijah Bleus), we researched contractors for
